Khaitan & Co has advised the seller, the President of India.
The President of India (acting through the Ministry of Coal, Government of India), has put on the offer for sale of 123,279,566 equity shares of Coal India Ltd through the stock exchange mechanism, aggregating approximately INR 5,549 Crores.
