Wadia Ghandy advised PEN India on its acquisition of Sepset Real Estate Limited from Embassy Developments Limited.

 Sepset Real Estate Limited has been acquired by PEN India from Embassy Developments Limited.

Wadia Ghandy & Co. advised PEN India Private Limited on its acquisition of Sepset Real Estate Limited from Embassy Developments Limited.

Sepset Real Estate Limited owns and operates Mega Mall, Jodhpur, comprising approximately 264,119 sq. ft. of built-up area.

The firm's role encompassed advising on the transaction structure, conducting legal due diligence, and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating the definitive transaction documents on behalf of PEN India Private Limited.

The transaction was led by Partner Rohini Verma, with support from Senior Associate Zahra Khan. The legal due diligence exercise was led by Rohini Verma and Jaideep Singh (Wadia Ghandy Jaipur), assisted by Zahra Khan, Jigyasa Patyal, and Avni A.

Strategic guidance on the real estate aspects of the transaction was provided by Deputy Co-Managing Partner Denzil Arambhan.
