The grievance of the appellant about the energizing the boundary wall is redressed. Police authority is ready to consider any more complaint, the State submitted.

The Division Bench of Chief Justice Prakash Srivastava and Justice Rajarshi Bharadwaj took note of the fact that the tiff on account of unauthorized construction, Sulaiman is being harassed by the aggrieved parties or some antisocial instance. In lieu of the same the police has been ordered to extend proper protection to her. The Court further observed that the grievance raised needs to be looked into by Commissioner of Police.
