[Draft] Delhi High Court directs

The Delhi High Court today dismissed a Public Interest Litigation plea seeking 

An appropriate writ in the nature of declaration declaring inter alia that the offer of transfer of cash by way of or in disguise of freebies in the election manifesto is a corrupt political practice under section 123 of the Representation of the People Act as well as the guidelines framed by the Election Commission of India.
