DRAFT| Madras HC suggests setting up of more Special court for dealing with NDPS cases

The Madras High Court has recently suggested that the state government may look at the possibility for establishing Special Courts to hear NDPS cases covering 100 km radius or designating a Special Court for every four Districts.
