The Delhi High Court on Friday disposed of a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by the Save India Foundation alleging attacks on police personnel during the protest at Jantar Mantar over the alleged NEET examination paper leak, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities.
"An earlier petition on the issue has already been withdrawn. You should approach the competent authorities. We will pass a similar order in this petition," the Court observed.
