CAM advised on acquisition of Darah Jhalawar Highways Private Limited, Vadodara Kim Expressway Private Limited, Calicut Expressway Private Limited, Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited and Second Vivekananda Bridge Tollway Company Private Limited from Actis Roadways Holdings Limited, Actis Atlantic Holdings Limited and Pacific Alliance Stradec Group Infrastructure Company LLC.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised NXT-Infra Trust in its acquisition of Darah Jhalawar Highways Private Limited, Vadodara Kim Expressway Private Limited, Calicut Expressway Private Limited, Vindhyachal Expressway Private Limited and Second Vivekananda Bridge Tollway Company Private Limited from Actis Roadways Holdings Limited, Actis Atlantic Holdings Limited and Pacific Alliance Stradec Group Infrastructure Company LLC, entities belonging to the Actis Group, and KMC Constructions Limited, in consideration for issuance of units on preferential basis and cash.

Sponsored by Actis Highway Infra Limited, Nxt-Infra Trust is an InvIT that owns and operates road and highway assets across India. Its portfolio contains six project SPVs covering over 2,000 lane kilometers across Delhi, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra.
