SAM Advises Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited on USD 1.15 Million Acquisition of Arai Solutions
Following the transaction, Arai Solutions has become a wholly owned subsidiary of IKS.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. (SAM) acted as legal counsel to Inventurus Knowledge Solutions Limited (“IKS”) in relation to its acquisition of 100% shareholding in Arai Solutions Private Limited (“Arai Solutions”), an AI-focused healthcare technology company, from its founders. The transaction was valued at approximately INR 11 crore (USD 1.15 million).
The acquisition is aimed at strengthening IKS’ AI-led healthcare infrastructure and accelerating its applied research and development capabilities in care management workflows and software solutions. Following the transaction, Arai Solutions has become a wholly owned subsidiary of IKS.
