[draft] [Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case] Telangana HC Grants Anticipatory Bail To MP Avinash Reddy

The Telangana High Court on Wednesday granted anticipatory bail to Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy in Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy Murder Case 2019.

The court noted that there is no direct evidence against him showing his participation in the conspiracy.

The single-judge bench of Justice M. Laxman also directed that the petitioner shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses or alter any evidence.

Avinash Reddy filed a petition under section 438 of Cr. P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in the murder case registered by CBI.
