Kerala High Court questioned the petitioner Peter Myaliparambil about his employment whereabouts while hearing a plea challenging the affixing of Prime Minister's photo on Covid19 vaccine certificates.

When it turned out he was working at an institute named after former Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru, Court asked why he was working in a place named after him, but Peter did not have a proper answer.

“According to my opinion, from the conduct of the petitioner, it is clear that he is trying to do a publicity oriented litigation instead of genuine litigation with a cause,” the Court noted.
