A bench of Justice Indira Banerjee and Justice JK Maheshwari allowed the urgent mentioning and listed the matter tomorrow.

However, the bench got angry after the AOR informed the bench that the matter is not registered yet. The bench said that this is not even on record, not registered which is unacceptable. "You should have briefed the senior counsel accordingly," Justice Banerjee added. Later, Luthra apologised.
