Services Export Promotion Council set up by Ministry of Commerce and Industry presents a conference on “International Arbitration: An Indian Perspective" The event depicts and showcases several connecting issues of International Arbitration relating to India on the global front.

This event will help in strengthening the proactive growth of the legal service sector in handling, managing and implementing international arbitration processes. To achieve its objective, the conference aims to bring together the legal Industry experts and leaders, Senior Govt Officials from respective Ministries, Chief Justice of India, Justice(s) from Honorable Supreme Court of India and High court of Delhi, prominent lawyers from the country, students and everyone keenly interested in international law and arbitration and our ambassadors in different regions of the world and other stakeholders.
