After the arrest of Businessman Raj Kundra in the alleged case of creation of Pronographic Content, an FIR was  filed against Mr Vibhu Agarwal- CEO of ULLU App and Ms Anjali Raina- Country head of ULLU App by the former legal Advisor of the said App under section 354 (Assault or Criminal force to Woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 354 (B) (Assault or Criminal force to Woman with intent to disrobe) and 506 ( Criminal intimadtion) of the Indian Penal Code in the Amboli Police Station.

Agarwal and Raina have filed pleas in a Mumbai Court seeking anticipatory bail in connection with the said FIR. The matter is listed for hearing on August 21, 2021.

The victim has filed an intervention application opposing the bail plea of Agarwal and Raina.

The plea filed by Advocate Satyam Singh Rajput on behalf of the victim states that ULLU App has been in news for producing and releasing Adult Content and several Complaints and cases have been filed against ULLU App along with others for the censorship of such adult/ Obscene content produced and released by OTT Platforms in Madhya Pradesh High Court and Supreme Court of India.

Further an FIR No. 02 of 2020 was registered against the Director of ULLU Platform viz. Mr. Vibhu Agarwal and Ms Megha Agarwal and other OTT Platforms u/s 292 of IPC, 67, 67(A) Of IT Act and 3 and 4 of Indecent representations of Women(pro) Act 1986.

 In the current case, CEO and Country Head of ULLU App entangled Former Legal Advisor of ULLU App in an extortion case which is yet subjudiced and also sexually and mentally harassed her by molesting her on 18th, 19th and 21st of June in the name of investigation. The victim was time and again sexually and mentally harassed by the CEO of ULLU App wherein He forced her to watch Adult/ erotic content along with the Editors.

It has been submitted that “the CEO further forced her to act in the Erotic and pornographic content of Ullu app and give seductive voice in the pornographic podcast of Lattu app. When the Victim denied for all such demands, being scared of the fact that she was aware of all the crucial information against both the Pornographic apps owned by CEO Vibhu Agarwal and managed by Anjali Raina, they lured the Victim by messaging her and inviting her to office and then made her to strip and wear sample intimate wear/ under garments to be launched by ULLU Merchandise in the store room of ULLU office in mumbai, they further took her photos and video and threatened her that they will make all the photos and video viral if she speaks about the incident with anyone or release any information regarding Pornographic apps. They further wrongfully restrained and illegally confined the victim on 18, 19 and 21st June in the name of investigation.”

The Complainant Victim has requested the   Court-Mumbai to direct the Accused to submit CCTV footage of 18, 19 and 21 June, 2021 and Mobile phones. The matter is kept for Final Arguments on 21st August, 2021.
