Hindu Sena writes to CJI NV Ramana, seeks withdrawal of statement made by Supreme Court judge on Nupur Sharma issue

A letter written to the Chief Justice of India NV Ramana by the Hindu Sena has sought withdrawal of statements orally made by a Supreme Court bench during the hearing of the plea filed by Nupur Sharma.
The letter has been written in view of the oral observations made by a bench of Justices Surya Kant and JB Pardiwala, "She should apologise to the whole country for what she has done. We saw the statement made by her on TV”.
The letter petition written by Hindu Sena Chief, Vishnu Gupta notes that the observation on the Udaipur incident against Nupur Sharma gives a clean chit to the murderers without trial.
The plea has sought direction from the CJI to the bench who made those observations to withdraw their statements that Nupur Sharma is single-handedly responsible for the Udaipur incidents as it gives clean chit to the murderers without trial.
The letter raises the question that whether the bench has not completely ignored the religious feelings of the Hindu community and have been biased and discriminatory in overlooking the derogatory remarks on Lord Shiva despite constant request to stop such humiliation by Mr. Tasleem Ahmad Rehmani on the same TV debate which led to the provoking remarks by Nupur Sharma?
While quoting the media reports the letter said that the following statements were made:
I. Nupur Sharma is single-handily responsible for the Udaipur murder case.
II. She is responsible for settling fire and chaos in the country.
III. She should tender an apology before TV unconditionally.
IV. She has hurt the religious sentiments of the country.
V. Delhi Police failed to arrest Nupur Sharma.
VII. She is single-handedly responsible for what is happening in the country.
VIII. Sharma's “loose tongue has set the entire country on fire”,
IX. “Her outburst is responsible for the unfortunate incident at Udaipur,”
Yesterday, the apex court refused to a entertain plea by the suspended BJP leader seeking transfer of FIRs registered against her in many states to Delhi for investigation.
Nupur Sharma, while speaking live in a TV debate, on the Gyanvapi Mosque issue, made certain comments on Prophet Mohammed, which triggered a row.
BJP, the party to which she belonged, subsequently suspended her and another party leader - Naveen Jindal amid controversy over the comment.
It may also be noted that another letter petition has been filed addressing the Chief Justice of India, seeking a direction to the vacation bench headed by Justice Surya Kant to withdraw their observations made today while refusing to entertain a plea filed by Nupur Sharma.
This has been sought with a view to provide Sharma a fair trial.
