Kashi Vishwanath Temple-Gyanvapi Dispute case(s) hearing in Allahabad High Court postponed, likely to be heard on July 13

A total of five matters involving the same issue have been clubbed by the high court and are being heard together.
The hearing in the Kashi Vishwanath Temple-Gyanvapi Dispute Case(s) was to take place before the Allahabad High Court today, however, due to non-availability of Justice Prakash Padia, who is hearing the case(s), the matter has been postponed till next week as per the high court website.
The tentative next date of the hearing has been fixed for July 13. On the last date of hearing, Justice Padia had posted the matter for further hearing for today at 10 am, and stressed that hearing in the matter will continue on a day-to-day basis till the arguments are not concluded.
On Monday, in the application moved before the Varanasi District Court by Muslim side under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code questioning the maintainability of the suit filed by 5 Hindu women for performance of all rituals of Hindu deities allegedly residing inside the Gyanvapi complex, the counsel for the Muslim side presented his remaining arguments against the maintainability of Hindu devotees' suit.
The counsel argued that the suit by Hindu devotees is not maintainable as for effective rights under Article 25 of the Constitution of India, no civil suit can be filed.
Background of the matter
Before the Varanasi local court, the Ancient Idol of Swayambhu Lord Vishweshwar and 5 others had filed a suit in 1991 seeking removal of the Gyanvapi Mosque and restoration of the land to Hindus. The proceedings in this suit before the local court have already been stayed by the high court.
The Anjuman Intezamiya Masajid Varanasi knocked on doors of the high court against the proceeding before the lower court in which an ASI survey had been ordered. The High Court has stayed the ASI survey.
